The original Bloodwing was commanded by one of the Rihannsu's finest military leaders. During a period of time, in the Empire, where honor and noble heritage, is being set aside for kidnapping and murder, Ael seeks the Aid of one of the Empire's number one enemy, Captain James T. Kirk. (My Enemy, My Ally, by Diane Duane).
 

ch'Bloodwing

This warbird was commanded by the blood cousin of Commodore Lukas Fyrstk, commanding offier of the U.S.S. Eagle. It was in service during the Dominion War, and aided the Eagle, in recovering Fyrstk's kidnapped father (Luktra tr'Fyrs'tk). The kidnapping was politically motivated.

The Bloodwing, again, met the Eagle in a mock battle, where Commodore Fyrstk was attempting to show the Rihannsu forces the power of the coming threat, the T'Kil.

This ship was decommissioned in 2384, for the newly designed Bloodwing, a Scimitar-class warbird. This ship was destroyed by a T'Kil scout ship. The D'Deridex-class ship was pressed back into service, as Enriov Rohnok's flagship.

This warbird was built, and put into service with the dreaded Thalaron Generator. It met an early demise, on its shakedown voyage, when it came across three of the giant red ships, of the T'Kil. The Thalaron Generator was used against two of the ships. and at first appeared to have done the trick. To the horror of Riov N'yera, the two ships suddenly shed their outer hulls like a snake would shed it's skin. The T'Kil left nothing of the Bloodwing, save the small recorder buoy which had been launched to record it's first cruise.

Launched in 2385, the ship was equipped with an experimental slip-stream drive. On its maiden voyage, the experimental drive failed, dumping the warbird in the far reaches of the Beta Quadrant.

The U.S.S. Athena was in the region and detected the forceful re-entry into normal space. They wen to investigate and found the warbird badly damaged, and its Scorpion fighters were engaging a Starzen patrol cruiser. The situation was quickly defused by the XO, of the Athena, Erei'Riov Ronov.

The crippled warbird was towed to New Romulus, the Rihannsu colony in that sector of space.
 

ch'Starfire

ch'Starfire had only seen short-time service to the Empire before being declared lost in action. In the Federation year 2348, just two months after being commissioned, the warbird was dispatched to quell an uprising on the Heagh colony. Just before they arrived, they were drawn into an unstable wormhole which dropped them into the middle of an area of space controlled by the Enclave. Tne Enclave ships pounced upon the crippled warbird, and inflicted major damage. The ship barely escaped and had made a crash landing on a class-M world. Though the warbird was no longer space-worthy, the Rihannsu crew utilized its complement of attack-shuttles to set up a defensice perimeter around the planet. The ship, though never again to see space flight was used to establish a viable colony, which is now called New Romulus. ch'Starfire now sits on mighty pedastals above, and powering, the colony's only city. Chulan (ST: Game)powerful noble, who is placed in the Senate by Sela, following Tal'aura's assassination. Then elected to Praetor, by the Senate.
Donatra (ST:Nemesis, Game)Commanded the warbird Valdore when Shimzon siezed control of the Praetorship, she declared herself Empress when she could not back Tal'Aura's rule as Praetor. She had control of the majority of the Fleet, and formed the Romulan State Empire making one of the colony worlds as her base of operations. Donatra was later essential in the rejoining of the Empire and the election of Chulan as Praetor.
  In June of 2387, the Hobus Star went super nova. Romulus and Remus were destroyed in the shock wave, which had unexplicably grown in intensity as it went farther out. Empress Donatra's ship was lost in action, as a result.
T'MaekhGovernor of Rihannsu colony, New Romulus, located in the far reaches of the Beta Quadrant. T'Maekh was originally commander of the warbird Ch'Starfire, which had been declared lost in Federation year 2348. The warbird had actually been drawn into an unstable wormhole which dropped them into the middle of an area of space controlled by the Enclave. Tne Enclave ships pounced upon the crippled warbird, and inflicted major damage. The ship barely escaped and had made a less-than crash landing on a class-M world. Though the warbird was no longer space-worthy, the Rihannsu crew utilized its complement of attack-shuttles to set up a defensice perimeter around te planet, and set up a permanent home for themselves.
  The colony was discovered by the Federation ship U.S.S. Eagle in 2383. Because the Fleeter ship had slip-stream capabilities, it was able to report back to the Empire of the colony's existence. The Rihannu government chose to leace the colonists in place and declare that region of space as official Rihannsu territory (an extension of the Romulan Empire). They officially named the planet New Romulus, using the Fleeter term for their own homeworld, ch'Rihan. T'Maek was named governor of New Romulus.
