� Armand was born to royalty on the planet of Tronng, in the Federation calendar year 2377. His parents were both killed in early 2389, during an attack on the planet by the race known as the Vastar. Armand was found, by the crew of the Eagle in a small personal space cruiser, that had been damaged when trying to flee the planet. His parents had hem taken from the planet to protect the boy. Armand's uncle, Borad, took up the mantle of ruling the people of Tronng.
The boy, after getting use to the crew and especially the commanding officer, asked if he could remain aboard the ship. Captain McCloud, seeing a similarity in Armand's history and his own, finally relented, and also adopted Armand as his own son. Armand started, then, to learn more about the Federation and started taking classes in a lographic learning environment.
In 2391, the Eagle was requested to assist in locating some children that went M.I.A. from Pasteur Station. The ship utilized its slip-stream drive and jumped to a far area in the Beta Quadrant. There, they found the kids and rescued them. Armand became enamored with a girl that had been with those kids, Luna Fyrstk, the daughter of Pasteur's commanding officer, Admiral Lukas Fyrstk. Luna also had become interested in Armand and they started communicating back and forth.
When he was sixteen, The Eagle Had been sent to Pasteur for repairs and refitting. As they had spent two weeks in port, Armand had become more interested in spending time with kids his own age (and yes, more time with Luna) so he had requested if he could stay with the station's chief medical officer, Dr. Terra Ane, who was a close friend of McCloud. Armand contunued his education, visiting the Eagle and his father during the "summer" months. |
