Lt. Moonshadows and I are on our way back to the ship. We received a rather disturbing "follow-up" call from Captain McMahon. I am loathe to admit it, but it seems Starfleet's fears are founded. We are to consider the ship and crew of the Independence dangerous. We have also learned that the Eagle is under attack by the same faction that attacked the Tarsus Ranger ship, the Synergate. The single ship that had disabled the Tarsus ship, brought back two of its friends and did not bother to ask any questions before shooting.

FOR THE SIM:
The Eagle is in the midst of the battle with the Synergate. Lt. Banning's team in the sensor pod seem to have found something that could be relevant to the battle.
