Stardate 68757.3 (10/04/2391, 10:00 hours)

    Out patrols along the Kzinti-Federation border continue.  Skirmishes between them and the Lyrians continue, and fortunately have stayed away from the border, but we always remain vigilant that things could change quickly.

FOR THE SIM:

Not much has changed in our status since the last sim.  As always, officers must remain vigilant because of the chance that they could change in a heartbeat.
