Stardate 68740.81 (09/28/2391, 09:30 hours)

    We have just been asked by Starfleet Command to depart Catonia and head out to the Klingon-Federation border.  There have been hintings of the Kzinti and the Lyrians having minor skirmishes and not too far from the Klingon border.  Command wants to start to show a presence in that area in case they decide they want to expand back into Federation space.

FOR THE SIM:
Time to brush up on these two species.  Both were allies of the Dominion during the War, so there is no love lost for the Federation. In fact the only ones they hate more are each other.
