Time to look for the author...*** Captain's Log/Mission brief 150128 |
NOTE: IF this looks like last week's brief, that's because it is. We didn't get to this last week, so here we go.
Stardate 68505.02 (07/04/2391, 08:00 hours)
Our away team has returned from the surface of Solenar with the data they collected. It is without a doubt an advanced alien race that is trying to destabilize the peace between the two nations on the planet. According to news reports, the peace has lasted for over five decades, with the two nation states wokring in close cooperation to get planetary goals accomplished. Now, the decision falls on me as to whether we should do what we can to stop this advanced race, but not let the Solenarians know. We do know, that the aliens (to this world, besides us) know "someone" is now aware of their presence. We have seen an increase in sensor activity, utilizing the Solenar satellites. Thus far, it has been easy to fool them into not seeing our presence, as we have once again moved out past their moon.
