Time to look for the author...*** Captain's Log/Mission brief 140416 |
Stardate 68272.71 (04/10/2391, 13:00 hours)
We have been sent to search for the U.S.S. Excelsior which had gone in pursuit of an unidentified starship that had been reportedly responsible for the abduction of the Abescan givernor. Our search led us to a nebula some light years our of Federation space where it is clear the Excelsior and the other ship entered, but simply vanished inside. My science department now tells me there is evidence that a temporal rift has been opened, and our sister-ship could have gone through that rift. So, where or when have they gone?

FOR THE SIM:
The ship is on Yellow Alert. We will be studying the nebula and whatever we can of the rift, or what is left of it. All departments will be expected to be ready for anything.
