Time to look for the author...*** Captain's Log/Mission brief 140219 |
Stardate 68088.92 (02/02/2391, 11:00 hours)
Repairs have been completed from the damage we took on our last freighter escort. Lt. Banning has poured through all available databases to come up with a planet of origin for the ship that attacked us, but has come up with nothing. Starfleet Command, through diplomatic channels, has inquired of the Tzenkethi as to the ship, and they (of course) have categorically denied any knowledge of any such ship. They have, however, lodged a complaint stating that we have crossed several times into their space. I have assured command that this is not true and have submitted all navigational and sensor logs to back me up. Command has also assured me that another starship should be arriving in the area sometime soon.

FOR THE SIM:
We are maintaining patrol along the border, in the shipping lanes on our side. The ship, though under condition green, must remain alert to happenings on the other side of the border.
