Five muntes after the crewman had left the sensor cotrol room, Max heard his comm badge chirp with a signal.  "Lt Richards to the bridge.  Anybody alive up there?"


      Mallory perked up at the sound of his commbadge chirping......followed by the sound of Maxwell's voice.  He tapped to reply.

+Yeah Max, someone is alive up here.  Thank God someone is alive down there.+

    He paused for a moment before speaking again.

+I think I may have underestimated the fallout of that little trick we devised Max.  That was one Hell of a bang we created.  The ship seems to be drifting, and a number of decks are without power......including Sickbay.  That has to be the priority.  We have wounded that need attending to.+
