Duty/personal log Dr Celeste Ane
Celeste finished treating the moderate burns on her patient, gave him a long acting analgesic and tucked him into an observation bed for several hours of rest. He would be good as new in a couple of days. They would just have to help him manage his discomfort while he healed completely. Several other more minor injuries were treated and sent back to duty or their quarters.
Celeste finished her treatment notes and had logged additional orders on a couple patients. She was currently scanning the bridge feed for any issues, trying to keep abreast of the situation, sending a preliminary status report to command. No critical injuries reported.
Celeste walked over to the replicator and got a quick turkey and cheese sandwich, some carrot and celery sticks, and a glass of ice cold milk. She sat at the desk and worked her way thru her quick meal. She had a feeling she would need the energy for whatever was to come. She also contacted the galley and asked if they could send some sandwiches and juice or water to the bridge for when they had time for a quick break, if there was one. She didn’t want anyone dropping from lack of nutrition.
Waiting was always the worst.
