Personal log, Stardate 72043.03 Captain Rayne McCloud It was a very relaxing time off. I spent the entire time on Pasteur Station. :: lets out a laugh:: Who would have thought I would ever consider DS-21 a vacation spot? But, the station is vastly different from when I was the executive officer. There is an entire set of space docks strictly for Starfleet ships and one for commercial ships. The promenade and recreational levels have been more than quadrupled in size. The station is quite impressive. Seeing Armand again was both a pleasure and a shock. He has grown so much and is just about as tall as I am. I did ask him if he wanted to return to the Eagle, but he explained how all his friends and school was on the station. I am guessing it is more Luna Fyrstk. Those two have become inseperable, and he is good friends with the admiral's twin sons. Tera said it was no problem if he continued staying with her so he could finish his schooling. While I miss him, it is better for him to be in a stable situation. Plus, I will still keep in touch with him via sub-space. The time spent with Tera was very nice as well. If I had remained aboard Pasteur, I would have married her by now. In all our talks, though, it never seems marriage is where she wants to go. Maybe someday. For now, it is gallivanting among the stars for me. End Log |
