Command and Control or C&C as it is known is located at the top of Pasteur Station on deck one. C&C is control center for the entire station. Stations include Science, Engineering, Enviromental, Communications, Tactical, and Operations. Also located deck one is the Stations Commander's Office. To see a diagram of C&C please click

Pasteur Station docking facilities consist of an internal docking bay capable of holding up to 10 starships, depending on the type and size. Pasteur Station's Docking bay can also hold up to 50 shuttles, depending on the type and size. Additional docking ports are located in different sections of the station.
Due to Pasteur's new function as a launch point for deep space exploration, an additional interior docking bay had been added in 2391, doubling the number of starships the station can accomodate.
The Commons is the market place of Pasteur Station. The Commons is located on decks 23, 24, and 25. In this 3 level market, you will find among other things, A Klingon eatery, A replimat, The Black Hole Bar, and many other stores. The Commons is also home to the Infirmry.
Pasteur Station was designed with 4 science pods attached to the station on level 25. Each pod is two levels tall and is equiped with it's own airlock. The science pods are labeled A, B, C, and D. Pod A deals with Astrophysics, and Cybernetics. Pod B is devoted to Stellar Cartography and holds one of the largest station based telescopes in the Federation. Pod C is devoted to xenobiology and exobiology. Pod D is devoted to the study of the 5 wormholes in the area.
Access to each pod is restricted to authorized personnel only and in an emergency, each pod can be ejected away from the station if necessary.
Here is the current status of the 5 wormholes in the area of Pasteur station.
Wormhole Number: | Current Status/ Termus Location |
One | Explored, Kozar Empire, in arm of Beta Quadrent. Currently open to all traffic. |
Two | >Unexplored. Currently closed to all civilian traffic. |
Three | Largly Unexplored. Considered unstable and currently closed to all civilian and Federation traffic due to the loss of a survey team. Also known as the "Wormhole of Death." On Stardate 56414.84, the starship U.S.S. Athena was assigned to conduct surveys of the wormhole. Unbeknownst to them a Romulan warbird was mirroring their movements while under cloak. Unexpectiedly the wormhole opened and both ships were attacked and drawn into the wormhole. Both ships were spat out in a remote area of the Beta Quadrant.
The two ships remained MIA for several years afterwards, and the wormhole remained off limits to any scientific studies, with bouy markers warning off ship traffic. On stardate 66609.47, a annual school field trip to see the wormholes went awry as the pilot of the shuttle (a trusted pilot for years prior) deliberately violated the "off-limits" ruling and took the shuttle full of school-age children directly to the wormhole. The shuttle had been dropped into another remote area of the Beta Quadrant, but was recovered by a slip=stream drive equipped ship, the U.S.S. Eagle. |
Four | Unexplored. Currently closed to all civilian traffic. |
Five | Unexplored. Currently closed to all civilian traffic. |
